Welcome back to the Legal Spring Incorporation and LLC expert interview series. This is Travis Giggy.
This
interview is all about taxes. You're going to learn how LLCs and
incorporations differ in tax treatment. You're going to learn some

Hi, this is Travis Giggy with Legalspring.com,
and once again I'm on the line with Yosef Manela. Yosef is an attorney
and a CPA. He's also my attorney and CPA. He graduated from UCLA School
of Law, UCLA Business School, and also did his undergrad and MBA at
UCLA. He's lived and worked in Los Angeles for 33 years. He's one of
the very successful, dynamic and growing practices in Beverly Hills and
Los Angeles. Yosef provides a very unique and powerful combination of
being both an attorney and a CPA.
He is a member in good
standing of all of these institutes: the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of CPA, and the
American Association of Attorneys and CPAs.
Yosef not only
prepares tax returns and advises clients on tax planning; he also
represents those clients before the IRS and other governmental
agencies. He maintains close contact with some of the biggest players
in the tax world, both in the private sector and in the IRS. So Yosef
is an amazing resource, and he's going to answer a lot of questions for
us tonight.
